TGE Software is a division of Todd Grigsby Enterprises (TGE). TGE was founded following the economic downturn of 2003, during which thousands of U.S. programmers found themselves without a job as high tech jobs were "out-sourced" to other countries.

Realizing that the outlook for getting another good paying programming job was bleak, Todd Grigsby set out to start a company of his own, one in which he could put his 17 years of software industry experience to use.
