The "Behind The Desk" Salon Suite is a product designed by salon owners to take
care of every aspect of salon management that can possibly be
entrusted to a computer. This includes employee functions, inventory
and delivery tracking, point of sale, and appointment scheduling, just
to name a few.
The "Behind The Desk" Salon Suite introduces the following new features and enhancements.
· Employee Scheduling. This allows you to describe the regular schedule
as well as scheduling exceptions that may (and often do) occur. This
comes with several reports so you can print out the schedule hours for
each of the employees as well as for the salon as a whole.
· Online Customer Functions. Now your customers can request appointments,
send your stylists messages, and even order products.
· Appointment Calendar. This ties in with Employee Scheduling to provide
you with the ability to book appointments not only at the desk, but also
online!
· New Payment Options. Now you can specify specific payment options your
salon accepts, including gift certificates, and end of day detail reports
now reflect the form (or forms) of payment.
· Discounts. You can now set up promotions and discounts in a variety of
ways to suit your needs.
· Skins. Now you can select a new look for your salon software to suit the
personality of your salon. The "Behind The Desk" Salon Suite now comes with a dozen "skins"
for customizing the look and feel, and more can be created for you. The
result is a more professional, polished looking system, and in your industry,
visual perceptions are key.
· Gift certificates. Print your own or have them printed by a third party,
you can track them with our software and prevent fraud.
· Security. Along with the ability to modify critical data, we've provided
our users with the ability to control access to those functions that
only the managers or owners should be able to use. We use the login
information for the current user to track who created or last modified
any record in the system.

Not all bug tracking systems are created equal.

And our financials systems are capable of interacting with most of the leading accounting packages.
Like our BTMS product, the Tailored Case Management System can be leased on a subscription basis, with TGE Software providing the software and data storage online, or it can be purchased for in-house installation.
