Who you are buying from

Licences on this site are sold by TGE Software LLC, a California limited liability company trading as TGE Software, of 614 Schooner Pl, Manteca, CA 95337, United States. You can reach us at company@tgesoft.com or 209-679-2802.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Charges appear on your statement asTGE SOFTWARE. We never see or store your card number.

Terms of sale

There is no online cart on this site yet, so there are no terms of sale to publish. Licences bought today are arranged directly with us, and the terms are the ones stated on your invoice and in your licence agreement.

When the cart goes live, this page will carry the terms that apply to it. They will cover:

What is being sold: A term licence to use the software, not a transfer of ownership or of source code.
Licensing unit: Per store inventory for the connectors, and per seat for Mobile for Retail Pro. What counts as one inventory, and what happens when that count changes mid-term — reducing it credits the next invoice rather than refunding cash.
Term and expiry: Annual or monthly subscriptions, chosen per order and renewing until cancelled. What the software does when a term lapses, and the 14-day grace period after a failed payment.
Setup fees: Mobile for Retail Pro carries a one-time $1,000 fee per mobile server deployed, charged alongside the first licence and not again when seats are added. It is not refundable, because it pays for work already performed — the refund policy says so and these terms have to agree.
Delivery: Electronic delivery of the licence; the installer itself is a free download.
Refunds: Settled and published. On an annual licence unused months are refunded, the current month is not, and the multi-month discount comes out of the calculation. A monthly licence has no unused months, so cancelling simply stops the next charge. See the refund policy.
Taxes: Settled — sales tax is calculated at checkout by Stripe Tax and shown before payment.
Support and updates: What the licence entitles you to, and for how long.
Governing law: Jurisdiction and venue.
