CardPointe + Factor4

CardConnect is Fiserv's low-cost, high-volume alternative to other EFT processors. CardPointe is TGE Software's integration from Retail Pro to the CardConnect service — a proven integration with competitive pricing, a strong support reputation, and a plug-and-play implementation that takes minutes to roll out.

Licensing

There is no licence fee for CardPointe and there never is one. We do still issue you a licence, renewed each year at no charge, once your CardPointe merchant account is in place through Fiserv. Talk to us and we will set both up.

What it does

CardConnect works on the Clover Mini, Clover Flex, and Ingenico Lane/7000. Factor4 gift cards run alongside it, so gift and EFT are one integration rather than two.

Sign up for a free CardConnect account to arrange a licence for the CardPointe integration and to schedule installation and configuration of the Clover terminal and the Retail Pro plug-in. They will also help you set up your Factor4 account.

What does the CardPointe integration cost?

Nothing. There is no licence fee and there is no subscription. The integration is still licensed, so we issue you a licence and renew it each year at no charge — you will need a CardPointe merchant account through Fiserv before we can.

Can you install it for me?

Yes. Contact us to schedule a free remote session and we will install the plug-in and take you through its configuration and use.

How do I get an account?

Sign up for a free CardConnect account. They arrange the CardPointe licence, schedule terminal installation, and help set up Factor4.
